1Who We Are

Kick Calculator is a free online tool operated by Shoaib Asif and published at kick-calculator.com. The site provides calculators that help streamers estimate subscriber revenue, hourly earnings, and platform fees.

For anything relating to this policy, or to your information, write to kickcalculator@gmail.com. Every message is read personally.

By using this website you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the site.

2Information We Collect

There are two kinds of information involved: what you choose to give us, and what is recorded automatically when any website is visited.

Information you give us. If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic, subject, and message you typed. That is the only personal information we ever ask for, and only if you choose to write to us.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools record standard technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages visited, the time and date of the visit, and the site you arrived from.

We do not ask for, and have no way of seeing, your Kick account details, your payment information, your real earnings, or any financial records.

3The Numbers You Enter

This point matters most to the people who use this site, so it is worth stating plainly: the figures you type into the calculators are never transmitted to us.

All calculations run inside your own browser. Your subscriber count, rates, hours, and revenue figures are saved locally on your device using a browser feature called local storage, purely so that your inputs are still there when you come back. That data sits on your device only. We cannot read it, and neither can anyone else.

Want to remove it? Clearing your browser's site data for kick-calculator.com deletes everything the calculator has stored, immediately and permanently.

4Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. Cookies on this site come from two sources: the platform that hosts the site, and the advertising and analytics services described below.

6Third-Party Services We Rely On

Running this site involves a small number of outside services. Each has its own privacy policy, and we would encourage you to read them if you have concerns.

Google (hosting, AdSense, analytics) — hosts the website, serves advertising, and provides visitor statistics.

Web3Forms — delivers messages sent through our contact form to our inbox. It processes the name, email address, topic, subject, and message you type into that form, and nothing else.

FormSubmit — a backup delivery service, used only when Web3Forms is unavailable. It handles the same form details in the same way. If neither service can be reached, your own email application opens instead and nothing is sent to any third party.

Exchange rate provider — our calculators fetch live currency rates from a public exchange-rate service so results can be shown in your preferred currency. This request contains no information about you.

7How We Use Information

The information described above is used for a short and specific list of purposes:

To reply to messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

To keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.

To understand which content is helpful so we can improve the calculators and guides.

To display advertising that funds the site.

We do not build marketing profiles, we do not send newsletters or promotional email, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

8How Long We Keep It

Contact form messages are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of the correspondence. Our form delivery providers hold submissions on their own servers only briefly, for the purpose of delivery, before deleting them.

Analytics data is retained in aggregate form according to the settings of the analytics service. You can ask us to delete any message you have sent us at any time, and we will do so.

9Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California. Regardless of location, we extend the following to everyone who contacts us:

Access — ask what information we hold about you.

Correction — ask us to correct anything inaccurate.

Deletion — ask us to erase your messages and details from our records.

Objection — tell us you do not want your information used in a particular way.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and messages sent through the contact form are transmitted securely. We keep the amount of personal information we handle deliberately small, which is itself the strongest protection we can offer.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we would ask you not to send sensitive information such as passwords or financial details through the contact form.

Our pages sometimes link to outside websites, including Kick.com and various reference sources. Following such a link takes you to a site we do not control.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites, and this policy does not apply to them. We would encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

This policy may be updated from time to time, for example if we add a new feature or change service providers. When that happens, the revised version is posted on this page and the date at the top is updated.
